You and I… We are not here for a quick buck.  We are not here to be a one hit wonder, we are here to build and lead a company that will stand the test of time, is going to have a huge impact, and potentially can even exist without us.

That may mean exiting the business eventually (ie selling it) or even going on a 4 week vacation and not having to check in once.
