During this comprehensive business analysis you'll work with Kaeli to:

 

→ Discuss Current Business Operations

→ Find holes that may be costing you patients & profits

→ Create an easy-to-implement "Patient Attraction Plan" to prioritize growth activities

→ Reveal key team motivators to keep staff passionately aligned with your company vision

→ Uncover hidden challenges that may be sabotaging your attempts to scoop up brand new high paying clients

→ High level team analysis 

→ Create a proposed timeline for achievement of deconstructed goals 

How it works:

 

Over the course of 4 weeks, we will work together as outlined below:

Week One→  Comprehensive business assessment followed by a virtual or on-site 1.5 hour meeting to review current brand goals, benchmarks, marketing plan, and team structure and discuss growth goals for the practice. This assessment is not only beneficial for Kaeli to get a better in-depth understanding of your business, but it is also very impactful for you to have clarification around the current and future business growth opportunities.

Week Two→ Direct team survey to uncover general business knowledge, ambitions & role-specific feedback OR client survey to uncover patient-specific wellness goals, identify most valuable buyer, ambitions, and messaging around the development of your practice. Your survey questions will be sent out and handled by KLC staff. Once completed Kaeli will put together an overview of all questions and responses. The goal is to not only get valuable feedback for us, but also get ambassadors involved with the process to take the business to the next level.

Week Three→ A series of virtual or on-site 1:1 and group discovery & assessment meetings. This will be conducted in a series of meetings based on analysis of previous week results. Survey participants are able to open up and elaborate more in a confidential setting. The goal is to uncover what team and client ambassadors are positively saying about your business and possible areas of improvement that could be having a direct effect on your bottom line.

Week Four→ A 1.5 hour meeting to provide a practice and team assessment, outline of gaps and growth opportunities. This meeting will cover all information we have gathered and be implemented into a Strategic Growth Blueprint for your business. The goal is to have a discussion around any gaps and how implementing certain systems, standard operating procedures, policies, staff training brand positioning strategies can lead to significant growth opportunities within your business.
