Liability Waiver: You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and assume any risks associated with attending. KLC Consulting LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Privacy: Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event communications and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Event Changes: KLC Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or format if necessary. In the case of significant changes, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered attendees.
Media Release: You grant KLC Consulting LLC permission to capture and use any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
Ticket Policy & Transfers: We understand that life happens and plans change! While we do not offer refunds for this event, ticket holders are allowed to transfer their tickets to someone else. If you find a buyer for your ticket, please notify KLC Consulting LLC of the transfer. We do not facilitate ticket transfers, but once notified, we will confirm the change. If you have any questions or need assistance with the transfer process, please contact us directly.
Health & Safety: Attendees must comply with any health and safety regulations in place at the time of the event. This may include but is not limited to, mask mandates, social distancing, or other government or venue-specific guidelines.
Intellectual Property: All content, presentations, and materials shared during the event are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without explicit permission.
Age Restrictions: This event is for attendees aged 21 and older. Minors are not permitted to attend.
Force Majeure: KLC Consulting LLC is not liable for any cancellations, modifications, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or venue-related issues. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative options.
