You’ll arrive at the exquisite Lido House hotel, set against the stunning backdrop of Newport Beach, CA.

Be sure to give yourself ample time to arrive, unwind, and freshen up before joining us for the welcome reception at 5 PM. We’ll kick off the event with a lively meet-and-greet, featuring delicious libations and hors d’oeuvres—the perfect setting to relax, connect with fellow attendees, and engage in one-on-one conversations with our guest speakers. DAY ONE

Our first full day together will include talks and panel discussions on topics ranging from private equity and e-comm strategy to industry competition and team building.

KAELI LINDHOLM

After nearly a decade of teaching business growth strategy in the aesthetics industry, it’s become clear to me that what female entrepreneurs are struggling with most is an incessant feeling of loneliness. They’re facing challenges ranging from rapid growth to team management to entrepreneurial burnout— and they don’t have a space where they can safely express their feelings and strategize how to pull through.

01. WHEN AND WHERE IS THIS EVENT?

This event takes place on April 10th – 12th, 2025 in Newport Beach, California. Lido House is an exquisite boutique hotel with a stunning ballroom, spa, pool, and roof deck. 

02. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY?

We recommend arriving on Thursday, April 10th, in the morning or early afternoon to ensure you’re refreshed and ready for the welcome event at 5:00 PM. Alternatively, you might consider coming in on Wednesday to enjoy a leisurely Thursday before we kick things off in the evening. With full-day sessions on Friday and Saturday, we also encourage you to take advantage of your time away by spending a relaxing Sunday in sunny Newport Beach before your trek home.

03. IS THERE A ROOM BLOCK FOR ATTENDEES?
All attendees are responsible for reserving their accommodations, and we’d love for you to stay with us at Lido House! A room block with limited availability has been reserved for ALT attendees at the Lido House. We recommend booking early to secure your stay. If you’re exploring other options in the area, we also recommend:
04. CAN I BRING MY PRACTICE MANAGER TO THIS EVENT?

The ALT Experience is geared toward Founders/CEOs in aesthetics & wellness. However, if your practice manager has been through our fast-track program, they could be eligible to join us at ALT.

05. What criteria guided your selection process for ALT faculty?

So often we look up to someone for the success they’ve achieved and might wonder what it would be like to walk a mile in their shoes.

We’ve come to find that most thought leaders who have achieved this enviable highs have experienced equally dramatic lows.
