Social selling & Lead generation
– Engage with prospective clients daily through Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
– Start genuine conversations, build rapport, and nurture relationships with women business owners
– Qualify interest and book aligned prospects into sales calls
– Move social conversations into email and CRM systems
– Set qualified discovery calls for KLC coaching programs
– Track conversations, follow-ups, and booked calls inside ActiveCampaign and CRM tools
– Support enrollment conversations and gradually train into leading sales calls
– Learn KLC’s coaching frameworks and confidently communicate program value
– Represent KLC’s voice and values across all social interactions
– Engage with industry content and community conversations
– Share client wins, thought leadership, and value-driven messaging
This role is ideal for someone who:
– Enjoys relationship-based selling (not cold calling)
– Is confident starting conversations and asking thoughtful questions
– Is freakishly organized and consistent with follow-up
– Wants to grow into high-ticket sales, marketing, or coaching
– Is energized by mission-driven work supporting women entrepreneurs
Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or coaching is a plus—but not required if you’re a fast learner.

– 2+ years experience in social selling, inside sales, customer success, or lead generation
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Comfort using social platforms (especially Instagram)
– Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
– Positive, professional, and growth-oriented mindset
– Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
