This level of demand gives rise to various training options, and some are more reputable than others. There are several factors to consider when deciding on what training program is right for you. These factors include class size, modeling of best practices, location of training, who is providing the education, and how much hands-on versus didactic time is provided during the training. Most importantly, are the trainers respected in the field? That is likely to dictate the practitioner’s level of hireability.
Having trust in your skills comes from learning evidence-based medicine. This will lead to good clinical outcomes and help practitioners gain confidence. Clinical competency drives the business, and having excellent training will pave the way. Trust that you know what to do, and then execute.
Another important factor to take into consideration is your client relationships. If you are a mediocre injector still honing your skill, but your patient care is top tier, your business will flourish. Also, structure a clear client journey. Add clinical confidence to this, and success is virtually undeniable.
