Kaeli Lindholm is CEO of KLC Consulting and Founder of the POP Aesthetic Leadership Academy, a 12 month business development incubator for women in aesthetics and wellness who disrupt the status quo.

Justyn Ashlee Green is a Strategic Growth Advisor at KLC Consultants. Justyn is home based out of San Diego, CA where she managed a multi-7-figure medical and wellness spa for over 16 years. Over these years within her practice she has first hand experience acquiring, marketing, educating & positioning new technologies and services; hiring, firing & developing talent; navigating times of growth and adversity; developing vision and leadership during the varied phases of business.
Justyn is a proud graduate of KLC’s flagship strategy and mentorship program; The POP Leadership Academy. Her first hand implementation of the resources and teachings within KLC catapulted her aesthetic & wellness business. Justyn’s dynamic experience as practice manager and 3 year student of the KLC curriculum has made Justyn’s knowledge and experience an invaluable advisor at KLC.
Justyn leads the KLC Certified-Aesthetic Practice Leader (C-APL) program and is a key driver in development of private and teach coaching curriculum within KLC. Key strengths of Justyn’s are:
Krista Donargo was born and raised in New York City where she pursued modeling and acting, a pathway which has underpinned both her passion for aesthetics as well as her professional pursuits as a corporate communications coach specializing in executive presence, influential leadership, persuasive communication, and team development. She also spent a stint of time running a private practice focused on human optimization through neurobiology.
Krista’s academic pursuits include the study of human behavior, communication and Psychoanalysis at NYU and a masters degree from The New York Graduate School for Modern Psychoanalysis.
Krista is a skilled practitioner of accessing the depths of the unconscious mind, questioning the origins of our desires and exploring practical and emotional strategies to transform our perspectives and achieve our goals.
