Right now, we find ourselves in uncharted waters. The future has always been uncertain, but we can pull through it regardless of the fear. Kaeli describes what she’s overcome and how, as a result of her tragedies and her ability to rebound from them, she knows she possesses the power to overcome. This can be a timely opportunity to up-level your business. In this episode, Kaeli touches on three core principles:

  1. Believing in the power and positivity of disruption
  2. Disruption can be applied to both businesses and human beings
  3. Intentional disruption to create growth

If unplanned disruption can be a catalyst for growth, can intentional disruption (such as stepping out of your comfort zone) lead to innovation? The theory of disruption states that the odds of success are six times higher when you pursue a disruptive course. There is no guarantee, and that’s the beauty of it.

Think of chutes and ladders – you never know where you’re going to land and there’s constant ups and downs. You can jump or you can get pushed in order to grow. When was the last time you allowed yourself to get so uncomfortable that you had no choice but to evolve? Let’s go disrupt!
